Redesign of the wildly successful West Coast Choppers store. We reorganized a cluttered catalog and improved the shopping experience, security and process flow of the checkout process.
Redesigning WestCoastChoppers.com was a two-pronged affair, the first task being far easier than the second. West Coast Choppers' store moved significant volume and product through their doors, even though the site was very difficult to navigate and operate.
Our main focus was to improve the customer experience, and put all the necessary content at shoppers' fingertips. I wish that I could show you before and after shots, because this final product was a breeze to navigate, filled with large (and multiple) images for each product, and quite easy to administer from the custom-built store management admin.
